Meet Our Founder
When Phillip Crockford founded CoTeam Labs, he set out to address a pressing need: equipping leaders and teams with the skills to not only survive but thrive in an era defined by rapid change and complexity. With a background spanning leadership coaching, human potential research, and innovative education practices, Phillip has spent over 40 years exploring how individuals and teams grow best.
Phillip’s journey into transformative team-building began in unexpected places. From coaching Olympic athletes to advising the U.S. Army Organizational Effectiveness Command, his career has always revolved around unlocking human potential. His early exposure to arcade games and later involvement in virtual simulations provided a unique perspective on the power immersive environments have to foster collaboration, resilience, and innovation. These insights inspired the creation of CoTeam Labs as a groundbreaking platform for experiential learning.
